When he’s not working, Randy enjoys his life as a husband and father of four. His family is his greatest joy, bringing energy, balance, and a sense of purpose to everything he does.

As Senior Program Manager, Jessica monitors project progress and ensures teams are aligned. She’s passionate about improving processes and building something better than what she started with. Known for her dedication and organization, Jessica is focused on delivering the best possible service to every customer. As a Customer Success Manager, Kathie handles everything from dispatching teams to onboarding new clients. Kathie is dedicated to delivering 110% and top-notch customer service to every client. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her pups, visiting family, and traveling.

As the Accountant at MainSource, Lana manages the financial side of the business. She enjoys working with a team that’s not only supportive but truly passionate about what they do. For Lana, it’s all about ensuring customers are happy and cared for because excellent service starts behind the scenes. You’ll likely find her with family and friends in her free time, singing either at church or helping run a karaoke show.

Grana is in charge of handling dispatch calls for a national big-box retailer. She loves working with a great team and finds joy in the collaborative environment at MainSource. Joy is responsible for accepting and dispatching work orders, monitoring ETAs, and updating work orders to keep everything on track. She enjoys the unpredictability of her job, with no two days ever being the same. Before joining the MainSource team, Joy spent 14 years in the medical field and considers it one of her best decisions. She loves spending time with her family, attending church, and shopping trips.

Gerri manages client accounts at MainSource, ensuring a consistent quality of work through proactive evaluation and monitoring. She takes pride in MainSource’s dedication to delivering quality work on time while fostering a healthy, family-first mindset. With a focus on clear communication and personalized solutions, Gerri is dedicated to building strong, lasting relationships with each client. Gerri enjoys outdoor activities when she’s not working, especially camping and lake trips with her family.

As a Project Manager at MainSource, KC manages roof replacements, capital expense projects, and service proposals for a large national retail store. After over 30 years in the workforce, Michelle says that MainSource is one of the most honest, integrity-driven companies she’s worked for. Off the clock, Michelle loves spending time with her four grandchildren, who always keep her laughing. She also enjoys crafting and trying new foods.

At MainSource, Tammy handles tasks such as posting payments, coding and organizing sub-invoices, and checking payment entries after they’re entered into the system.
